Our Custom Build Packages are tailored specifically to your project and consist of the following components. 

With a little inspiration we take your vision to life with a custom set of construction drawings complete with a Site Plan and 3D renderings. These drawings include all of the details required to receive your building permit and complete the construction process.  

 Everything that goes into your Build Package is catalogued into a Job Costing module that you can use to track the financial aspect of your project.  To get you started with your budget we will obtain estimates for everything included in the scope of work and enter these into your Job Costing module.  From here you will be able to track your true costs in real time as well as capture all payable information for ease of cash flow and grant application purposes.  

 Through our years of local construction experience we have hand-picked some of the best local trades to help complete your project. These trades are proven and respected for their reliability, attention to detail and overall workmanship. During the design process we will assign all required subtrades to your construction schedule and provide their respective OHSA and warranty documentation for your records. We are happy to engage with any sub-trades you recommend. 

 As with labour we also make the Material half of your project a controlled process. All material inputs are broken down into phased delivery schedules. These are communicated directly with your material suppliers upon completion of the design process. 

 All the information contained in your Custom Build Package can look a little overwhelming. This is where your customized Workflow brings everything together. This step-by-step module guides you through the entire process. Whether it be material and trade requirements, building department inspections or site reviews, everything is detailed to ensure no steps are missed or corners cut
